The Residents Association AGM is happening next Thursday, 17 September, at 8:00pm at Uncle Toms Cabin.We’d really appreciate it if you can make it - there are some important updates, including information on the DLR deputations process, which has already led to several issues being taken forward.The formal part of the meeting should take around 30 minutes.Thank you for your continued support, Your Residents Association Committee
Water Quality Survey 2025
Highfield Park and Westbrook Road Residents’ Association is collecting information on a voluntary basis through May and June, to better understand the extent of recent water quality issues in our estate. Spring Tidy 2025 & AGM
Spring Clean Up + Wine & Cheese, Afternoon Sunday April 6th Join us for an afternoon of tidy up around the neighbourhood (from 3pm), followed by an on-street wine and cheese gathering at 4pm. This promises to be a fabulous opportunity get some fresh air, meet a neighbour and the weather forecast is even suggesting sunshine!! Location for the wine and cheese will be the usual spot at the top of Westbrook Road. Annual General Meeting (AGM) - A Quick 20 Minutes!During the wine and cheese event, we will hold a brief 20-minute AGM at 4pm. This meeting is crucial as it helps the committee confirm there is a mandate to have a Residents Association. If you can, please attend and show their support. It is also a great chance to meet like-minded neighbours and consider joining our committee. Being part of the committee is a low-commitment, socially driven role that is a fantastic way to get involved in your community!
